BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Assists distribution associates and supervisors with general office work. Job requires the use of a personal computer. Multiple deadlines must be met to ensure efficient work flow. PRIMARY
Responsibilities: 1. Schedules, receives and confirms delivery appointments. Answers questions concerning unloading. 2. Sorts, verifies, and records information. 3. Answers telephone and assists callers. 4. Assist other office personnel as needed. SECONDARY
Responsibilities: (These are considered occasional in nature) 1. Performs other job related duties and special projects as required. EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM JOB: Office equipment including telephone, 10-key calculator, copier, and fax. Printers, terminals, warehouse management system.
